The marvelous tonic effect of a well executed massage is not only appreciated by the healthiest of people, but its value has been recognized by doctors and psychiatrists to be of benefits to their patients too.
A massage, or other treatment, often help clients to regain confidence and pride in their appearance. It does wonders for their morale to have someone pamper them. Although, some of the physiological benefits of massage may only become apparent through regular treatment, that is not to say that a single treatment is worthless.
Sessions are tailored for each individual client. The aim is to encourage freedom of movement and relaxation on all levels. It can be energizing or sedative. Massage improves blood flow to the area being worked whilst simultaneously speeding up lymph drainage and removal of wastes and toxins.
